- Take overall operational responsibility for our customer projects, from order intake through successful delivery and customer acceptance
- Keep timelines, resources, quality, delivery commitments and profitability in focus, ensuring projects move forward consistently
- Prioritise projects, customer requirements and resources so the organisation focuses on what matters most
- Lead and develop our Logistics, Service, Quality Control and Inside Sales teams
- Work closely with Sales, Key Account Management and Engineering from the quotation stage to ensure projects are planned realistically and set up for successful delivery
- Take ownership of critical projects and customer escalations, ensuring the necessary decisions are made
- Improve our operational processes and establish clear, practical ways of working
- Initially, manage projects directly yourself. Over time, build and lead your own project management team

Your profile
- Several years of operational leadership experience in a technically focused B2B industrial or technology environment
- Experience leading and developing operational teams
- A strong understanding of how timelines, resources, quality, costs and profitability influence one another
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly get to grips with complex products and customer requirements
- A business-minded approach, with the confidence to make decisions and take responsibility for putting them into action
- Experience working directly with demanding B2B customers and handling critical projects and escalations
- Clear, direct and practical communication, combined with a genuinely hands-on approach
- The ability to build operational structures and processes without adding unnecessary complexity
- A clean criminal record (proof required)
