Your mission

Trade Fair Organisation: You plan, prepare, support and evaluate national and international trade fairs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with internal departments and external partners, such as exhibition stand contractors and advertising agencies, to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Contributing to Marketing Projects: You actively contribute your ideas and support the development and implementation of creative marketing initiatives.
Project Coordination: With your structured approach, you coordinate projects from the initial idea through to final implementation.
Making Technology Visible: You help communicate complex technical products and solutions in a clear and audience-focused way, while further strengthening their presence in the market.
Office Organisation and Materials Management: You help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinate communications, and manage orders for marketing and promotional materials.

*This position is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

Your profile

You have a commercial education with a marketing focus, a marketing degree, or a comparable qualification. Career changers with marketing experience are also welcome.
Initial professional experience in trade fair organization is a plus.
You are an organizational talent, work in a structured and goal-oriented way.
Independent work, taking responsibility, and proactively tackling tasks come naturally to you.
You learn new things quickly and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
You combine a positive attitude with humor and remain calm even in stressful situations.
Occasional business trips are not a problem for you.
You are eager to work in an international team, with very good German and English skills.
